I’m not sure if it’s the state of the world or the uncertainty in social-economic structures or the rapid change in technology…or the way millennials are brought up or if they are too busy screwing each others brains out. I’m starting to think millennials and millennial founders don’t have the back bones to really improve this world.

Millennials rather build Snapchat messaging apps instead of improving our social-economic systems. They rather order Starbucks coffee from an app instead of going to the coffee shop,wait your turn, and pick up your f%#^& drink. They rather text an essay and call it a conversation than carry a conversation over a phone or in person. The millennial women want equality but the men are still expected to chase their ass for weeks and wine & dine. It becomes like a fourth job with no guaranteed pay day.

Millennials almost seem like they are just trying desperately to avoid every possible social etiquette and social disappointments. Try to get paid the way their parents got paid.And just put all their hopes in science, technology, and engineering to solve all our social-economic problems like the Google’s of the world.

MILLENNIALS LIVING IN A FLIPPED WORLD

Sexual liberty and sexual expression is so high that gender identity is not gender color codes, gender parts or behavior codes but real-time genetic test.  Religion is heading out and yoga, gym, events, escapism, instant gratification, game-of-thrones is so in. Social life is with a very few friends. The idea of neighbor is more like “who the fuck is that nameless-stranger”. Diversity is fine. Inequality is wrong. Politics is so fucked up. Financial security and meaningful life is mandatory. Who needs to own shit like a car, house, health benefits, boyfriend, girlfriend, boss, cable, etc.

Job security is you working two or more full time jobs and working on your side gig, Institution education for some millennial is nothing but a nice paper and debt. Financial institutions are so fucking greedy that they have to sign us up for services without our formal consent. Now we know why they are so aggressive to give credit cards in college. 

Relationships don’t last as long. If you reach five years, consider yourself lucky. With so much women power and men depleting testosterone just to keep a working woman happy. Marriage is so stone age. Kids are just our pet dogs or the one we grew in a test-tube.

News and politics is people spewing endless garbage and calling it alternative facts. And the leaders that we elect act a lot like the Joker from the batman movies. You just never know whether they are trying to improve all lives or systematically destroy others.

KEY, MILLENNIALS NEED TO WAKE THE FUCK UP

It is a very cloudy day in the world for millennials however I don’t understand why millennials while wondering through life and building their future tech businesses or other people’s dreams don’t rally together to do something substantial to improve the system.

Traditional formal education cost will keep going up, housing prices are going up, transportation cost is going up, health cost going up, infrastructure up, communities fundamental are fragile, family structures are changing, environmental changes cost still unpredictable, terror lingers, political tension lingers, government deficit going up, upward mobility not guaranteed,businesses are all about maximum profits and cutting cost, Scarlett Johansson ‘Ghost in the Shell’ is facing casting controversy…OMG

It’s almost like millennials are sitting still and getting pissed on. Everything in our modern civilization is not sustainable. It will eventually break. Honestly, I’m not saying anything that’s not a reality to many millennials around the world.

What I’m hoping for is that millennials start working together to do something to fix this shit. Who the fuck wants to continue to live in a broken social-economic system? If we continue, the haves will not be able to enjoy their riches. Imagine you worked hard to build your company, sold it, and now you have to worry how to live your life when your housekeepers live in slums.

FYI,technology is not going to fix all the shit in the world. Technology is not going to teach you how to care, how to love, how to ask for help, how to scream like your life depends on it. How would you fend for yourself in a natural disaster when the internet, power, roads and communication infrastructures are down?

THIS IS DO OR DIE MILLENIALS & FOUNDERS

• Many people are growing tired of modern democracy,capitalism and other systems that haven’t eradicate the suffering in their communities and in their world. In many parts of the world many people are being recruited easily with promises of money because there are not many legitimate options to provide for one’s family. It’s die hungry or eat today. 

• We are all living longer, especially those in developed countries, which means that millennials need to think strategically about their life, careers, and goals.

• Some millennials will be happy to settle for whatever ounce of significance they can obtain in these unclear times however there will always be others willing to achieve the impossible.

• Our communities are not as cohesive. So there’s a growing demand from everyone to get involve in keeping their community strong and adaptive. A small scale universal valued positive initiative is a start.

• The elders, who are delaying retirement, will pass so we need to be preparing our self for leaderships roles  and many opportunities. We need to incorporate the best lessons from any generation so we can do better. Unless they live as long as queens.

• In moments of uncertainty, is the perfect time to grow. You can grow your confidence, your social skills, your resourcefulness, etc. However it is important to know what you want out of life.

• Businesses will be expected to play more substantial roles in society, environment, economy sustainability. So if you plan to be a founder or entrepreneur understanding the fundamentals of sustainability will be very helpful. Be skeptical with the motivations of large, multinational businesses that support charities or otherwise contribute to social or political initiatives. I would think we all can learn more about the organization we do business with.

• There’s always going to be conflict. There’s always going to be haves and have-less. There’s always going to be differences. So the question is, how do we make sure everyone is benefiting from propriety? How do we make sure we all keep growing and adapting? How do make sure we unlearn bad habits?

• How are we going to address automation, artificial intelligence, robotics etc so that it benefits most not just a few?

• How do we assist everyone so that they stay employed until retirement?

• How do we keep governments stable, predictable, and transparent so we build confidence in everyone in and outside the nation. But making government lean, agile, adaptable, to handle change?

• How do we get people and the communities to take more responsiblilities for their own well being and prosperity?
