The One Way To Get Into a Founders Community Like Founders Under 40™ Group / GreatestFounders™ is to Have a Community Mindset

http://fu40group.bjmannyst.com/p/joinus.html

Number One Global Founders Community Only Wants Founders With Community Mindset

There are times you and maybe the rest of the populations just wants to say fuck civilization and fuck communities. Maybe because you see everyone else is just looking out for their own shit. Or maybe you see social-economic fundamentals going to hell. Take a look at your communities.

And that’s the feeling one gets while observing human life. Cities are like a rain forest. In it are animals who work together for the greater good of the whole. And there are creatures who forage through trying to fend for themselves. Some creatures are vulnerable in numbers and some are stronger with a few mouths to feed.

The point is , no creature on this planet can survive without a community. Some how we are all interdependent. The fact remains you or your business will never grow if you are not embracing others and communities.

The ultimate dream for Founders Under 40  Group members and for many founders around the world is to stop fucking fighting over our minor differences and start working better together for the whole of humanity. Because the human problems we fight over are really fucking stupid.  - Emmanuel "Manny" Omikunle of Founders Under 40 Group / GreatestFounders™

So we at Founders Under 40 Group, global unconventional founders community, are making it a rule that any founder, entrepreneur, business owner wanting to join our private community should be a person who embraces the human communities not just an ethnic community alone. For example, If you are a Christian Founder, we would want a founder that is engaging with non-christian founders. If you are a Korean founder, you should have a good exposure to a black founder and vis-versa.  If you a white male founder, be expose to women founders.

Because our founders community is all about getting along for the greater good of the whole. And based on the current social-economic trends, it’s for your own good too. Belong to the human community not segregated communities.

TODAY’S MODERN COMMUNITIES

  • Technology like AI, Robotics are about to make some occupations obsolete. Meaning companies will produce more with less and better efficiency. Turning more and more people in commodities.

  • Today, 71% of young US Millennial women are employed, while 26% are not in the labor force.

  • When asked the reasons they [US millennials] have not gotten married, 29% say they are not financially prepared, while 26% say they have not found someone who has the qualities they are looking for; an additional 26% say they are too young and not ready to settle down.

  • Individual global mobility and the rise of racial intermarriage and differences in fertility patterns across racial and ethnic groups have contributed to Millennials being more racially and ethnically diverse than prior generations.

  • The number of young men serving in the active-duty military has decreased drastically since the establishment of an all-volunteer force in 1973.

  • More recent generations are residing in metropolitan areas at higher rates.

  • Millennials also grew up in the shadow of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, which sharpened broader views of the parties and contributed to the intense political polarization that shapes the current political environment [around the world].

  • More and more of us are using less traditional forms of communication and shifting to smart communication like FB Messenger, Social Media.Social media, constant connectivity and on-demand entertainment and communication are innovations Millennials adapted to as they came of age. For those born after 1996, these are largely assumed.

  • There is growing less desire in volunteering, and being community cohesive. The dwindling of institutional churches are not helping. Everyone seems to  be doing their own things. And it is causes / charities / sports / events that seems to bring us together.

  • The implications of growing up in an “always on” technological environment are only now coming into focus. Recent research has shown dramatic shifts in youth behaviors, attitudes and lifestyles – both positive and concerning – for those who came of age in this era. What we don’t know is whether these are lasting generational imprints or characteristics of adolescence that will become more muted over the course of their adulthood. Beginning to track this post-Millennial generation over time will be of significant importance.

  • And we have causes that force us to align ourselves  to one and not the other when we just want to get along.

WHAT TO DO TO HAVE A COMMUNITY MINDSET & TIPS

  • The future optimism of a young adult in first world countries is different from young adults in impoverish communities around the world. For better future leaders we need to build resources to help change their views.

  • It can be very tempting to jump on the next hot idea you have, but so many people fail with fly-by-night operations that have no mission or framework.

  • There is up and downside to group ideology.

  • Before starting your next company, take a step back and assess two things: the marketplace and your abilities. And most importantly, WHY?

  • First ask yourself, what are you passionate about? Next, what does society (or even just your local neighborhood) need?

  •  If you're building a passion project, but there's no need for the product or service you're offering, generating interest and sales will be impossible.

  • Still not sure? Here are some of the biggest necessities coming up in the world today: clean energy, robotics, cyber-security, transportation, fairness, transparency, equality, food, health care, friendship, belonging, fantasy, ending wage slavery, liberties, privacy, blockchain, quantum computing, automation, and artificial intelligence. You'll see hundreds upon hundreds of companies trying to solve those emerging issues, but only a handful with the capability and drive to do so will deliver.

  • Find the problem that you actively want to solve, that you are best suited to solve and that has significant opportunity built-in.

  • Find a way to tell your story in a way that you can repeat every day, without it ever growing old or stale. This is your passion.

  • We all need to balance supporting big corporation and small businesses. We need local economies to be healthy and national and global to be healthy. We need everyone participating for the greater good of the whole.

  • Taking the the time to know the people who manage the companies you support should be a good step to embracing the community.

  • There will be changes to every communities around the world due to social-economic changes. Everyone valuing community must do what we can to keep it healthy and economic attractive. Some aspect of community could stay the same or change.

  • You can support communities traditionally or maybe get a little creative.

  • Donate a portion of your sales to a charity on a particular day or for a time period

  • Give a charitable or community group a meeting or workspace on your business premises for free.

  • But there are always those who are less fortunate than we are and will appreciate our help all year round.

  • Get out of your bubble! Try to see the world from other people's eyes.
