Would Elon Musk & NASA Settle On Mars if Primitive Creatures Exist?




SpaceX founder Elon Musk plans to get humans to Mars in six years. He plans to start with a great booster rockers, and in space conduct a refueling process (see the video below) however like everything in life, requires funds.

Everyone by now knows he’s got a huge ambition to colonize the Planet that looks like it is covered in pot holes, bunch of rocks, and pretty much dead.

My question, to Elon Musk and anyone with the same space vision, is whether they would settle and colonize the planet if there are primitive creatures living deep underground. I have a wild guess that’s where they all are.

I would be among the millions excited by this possibility of man residing on a another rock. Even National Geographic has got a mini-series happening this November. It is definitely helping all of us see beyond our planet and eventually expand into the stars.

However I stop to think about what the British Empire had done to primitive people of others parts of the earth. The advanced nation weren’t willing to share or coexist with inferior nations or inferior people
.
The Empire launched campaigns to break down the resistance, oppressed them or exploited them, or annihilated them or all of the above. I can sort of imagine if we modern humans actually wiped out neanderthals.

Mr. Musk, the billionaire founder of the SpaceX rocket company, has been offering hints and teases of his desire to colonize the big red planet since he could read.

He has outlined a simple ambitious plan for manned mission to mars which could begin in 2022. But thing that many scientist, entrepreneurs, government need to remember not to repeat the mess of human’s colonialist history.

And could Mr. Musk redirect his plans if the planet is occupied by natives who are just behind in their civilization evolution.?


Other Questions.


Would he enslave them?
Would he Terra- form the planet to suite mankind?
Would we force them to learn our cultures and religion?
Would we mix?
If we discover they are like horses or donkey would we just use them?
Would the humans sent to colonize mars go through significant mutations?
Would we be different from the British Empire?
Would you move them to an island like “Shark Island” like the Namibians?
Would you keep them alive if they are on the brink of death?
Would you run a eugenics program?





[He said there were “two fundamental paths” facing humanity today. “One is that we stay on Earth forever and then there will be an inevitable extinction event,” he said. “The alternative is to become a spacefaring civilization, and a multi-planetary species.”]

And other experts emphasize the need for thorough and conclusive understanding before we send any humans to colonize the Red Planet. “

After reading all of part 1 you still want to pursue unicorn status instead of focusing on acquiring users and acquiring paying customers then let no one get in your way.The alternative is to build something that can withstand the ups and downs of business.

Let me remind you what Blue chip are. Blue Chip businesses are businesses that operate very well in uncertainties and certainties because they’re likely industry leaders. There are businesses who got there not from multi-million dollars in founding, aggressive advertisement, and then wait to be acquired.


Blue chips are business who were likely fiscally savvy, smart risk tolerant, agile,etc. Google is one, Eventbrite,Uber, 3M, Magna, Coca-Cola, Sales Force, Amazon, Wal-Mart, Microsoft, Oracle,Kraft Heinz,P&G

When it comes to the monsters with one horns, something tells me that some might be packaging shit and calling it premium chocolate chip.

But mostly because of FOMO in life and financially. How To Become An Agile Founder and An Agile Marketer


Yahoo failed to be agile that’s one reason why they lost ground to guys like Google and Facebook. If you look at yahoo through out its years you will see not many significant innovation or product diversity. Many have also blamed its slow-footed, mediocre products, poor culture, and failure to get into mobile sooner. Now if we look at Google, so many products and innovation that I sometimes wonder if they’ve been smoking a magic innovation weed. They can keep pumping out products because all they have to do is embed ads into. Almost every android user is expose to the mighty Google ad engine. The point is individuals can learn to be more agile in life and business like the Google’s of the world.

Since this is not about comparing one human to Google the company, I will admit that change is in the water. A lot of us are individually battling a lot of toxic noise and friction while we eagerly try to make sense of our founder lives and personal lives. Noise such as terrorism, jihad, identity, sexuality, love, millennial underemployment, racism, gender, gig-jobs, guns, wantrepreneurs, urbanization, biased-authority, the have and have not gap, GMO, automation, Donald Trump, etc. The fact still remains that the common constant in life and business are still change and adaptability also known as uncertainty and agility. What does it take to achieve sustainable success in a growing noisy and changing world? So far what I can conclude is that we all must adopt a better agile way of living, operating a business and loving .

As I step out like many of you do to either to go get the bacon or simply to enjoy what life one can squeeze out of a day. Only to realize the cloud of hatred had sucked every ounce of air out of my lungs. The recurring theme of violence by civilians and authority figures has made it clear to me that we are living more and more in a time when few of us have intent on spreading: misinformation, violence, chaos, hate, hypocrisy, terror, supremacy or just bad judgment. And there are some of us so bored of our existence that we figure might as well start something terrifying regardless of the consequences. Almost like deciding to run with the bulls at Pamplona’s San Fermin festival and getting gored to death. For my sake and for the many who are just in a state of shock still, I wish to share this. We either become individually better by improving ourselves or we leave the fate of mankind to Ultron. So Instead of Trump, vote Ultron for president.

What’s It Like Managing Group Community via LinkedIn





What frighten me of social networks, specifically LinkedIn, is that the social factor is dwindling at a rapid pace. The overwhelming experience of LinkedIn and it’s endless content and noise which everyday reminds me a lot more and more like Facebook and twitter. Just bunch of people posting all kinds of videos, pictures, articles, people posting 24/7 not based on quality or fit but rapid posts after posts. The true motive of spreading content or creating sponsored “content” is likely mixed. The same can be said about how I feel about LinkedIn groups. Some still think it’s the hottest thing if you just overlook the rotten egg smell. Some think it’s a cheap way to advertise. Some think it has become an irritant. Either way I just know the internet and social networks have failed social.

Lately, everyone seems to have a strong stench of desperateness ... trying eagerly to share their expertise, their opinions on LinkedIn groups, guest post on Forbes, literally anywhere that can help them get noticed by the “pretty girl”. In this context, the pretty girl is the potential customer. Unfortunately no matter how good or terrible your content is ,it doesn’t entitle you to be engaged. I’ve taking the liberty to share some tips to help improve your chances of engagement.

You could share content on every social media network in the world as much as you want and as frequent as you want, even buy the endorsement of LeBron James and it will not mean anything if no one really wants to listen to what you have to say.

8 Years Later, I Finally Read Jessica Livingston's book “Founders at Work : Stories of Startups’ early days “ - A Must Read



This is a book published in 2008 and I’m sure was a good hit when it came out. I had come across it many times over the years and had taking a glimpse at it for free at major book stores however never bothered to buy or read it till this month, May of 2016.

Not sure the main reason for this strong urge to finally read it...maybe because I’m always thinking about founders, life of a founder, how do I help others who aren’t as exposed to the entrepreneurial energy  or environments....It might have been a force.

Are Entrepreneurial Institutions Practicing Ethnic Cleansing?



The problem is no matter how diverse their local demographic they seem to constantly promote one of their own. It’s an endless cycle of “I wash your hand...you wash my hand”. Always manipulating the system to help a few who fit perfectly into their mold or who has the connections or money. The reality today, there are many entrepreneurial institutions (accelerators, incubators, schools, vc, financing, private equity, etc) around the world residing in multicultural markets like New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Toronto, South Africa, ...pretty much in any major city and you can’t help but wonder how not-so-f%^|&* diverse are their workforce from junior level to senior level. How not-so-diverse are their speakers. How not-so-f%^@#^ diverse are their successful and failed founders. How not-so-f%^@#^ diverse are their experts. No founder, in the millennial generation, should tolerate and associate with entrepreneurial institutions that do not reflect their cities populations.

You could take a chance and get out of a miserable job, unethical industry, and toxic relationships but no....you like the stability and are afraid of being alone.

You could be a veteran lawyer, teacher, mechanic, doctor, banker, police office, fireman, venture capitalist, a manger of a non-profit organization, professor, a student, a drug addict...some how you and many manage to accept the same old f$%&& problems because we need to take care of our needs.
